Sarix is a software services company based in Bolzano, Italy, specializing in custom software development. When Frox — a regional grocery e-commerce operation — needed technology to run their business, they came to us. The two companies have stayed closely linked since: Frox's founder is part of the freshpilot team, and Sarix holds a minority stake in Frox.
We built the entire stack from scratch: customer app, admin client, backend, fulfillment workflows, delivery management. Not on top of a third-party framework — from the ground up, so we control every detail. That platform is now freshpilot, available as a white-label product for regional grocers.
