What does the €2,500 setup cover exactly?
Everything you need to go live: platform configuration, your branded app (with your logo, colors, and identity) published to iOS and Android, and hands-on training for you and your team. You don't need a developer — we handle the technical setup.
What if I need custom features or a system integration?
The platform itself is fully included in the plan — we don't hold features back behind a higher tier. What comes on top is the work of connecting it to your business: integration with your ERP, POS or accounting system, migrating your product data, and building features that don't exist yet. We look at which systems you run first, then quote a fixed price.
How long does onboarding take?
A typical launch takes about 4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly you can provide your branding assets and product catalog. The platform itself is ready faster — the bulk of onboarding is training and catalog setup.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. There's no minimum contract term. You can cancel at the end of any month. We believe in earning your business through results, not lock-in.
Does the per-order fee apply to all orders or only completed ones?
Only paid orders are charged. Unpaid orders do not count.
What does support include?
Email and phone support for technical issues, platform questions, and operational guidance. We're operators ourselves — we understand the questions you'll have because we've had them too.
